1. Why do I need an air space next to the HEATSHIELD surface?
   When aluminum foil is in direct contact with another surface, it conducts (or transfers) heat at the points of contact. Creating an air space will prevent conduction and allow the foil surface to reflect radiant heat. Aluminum foil reflects 97% of radiant heat.

2. Can I install HEATSHIELD by myself?
    CW Heatshield is a perfect do-it-yourself product to enhance the current insulation in your attic. It is lightweight, easy to install and will reduce energy consumption.

3. Do I need special tooling to install HEAT INSULATION?
    No. FOIL can be cut easily with a razor blade or scissors and installed with common staples, nails or screws.

4. Do I need to tape the seams?
    To achieve an absolute moisture barrier, taping the seams is recommended.

5. What's the difference between PET AL BUBBLE FOIL and pure AL BUBBLE FOIL? Which one is better?
    They all work on well in the heat insulation, the point is AL BUBBLE FOIL is high-efficient in the resistance of fire and water. Also, the former in color is easy to fade. Anyway, the later is better than the former.

6. How to pack the bubble foil?
    Normal package is PE bag in rolls.,Special package is available upon customer’s request.

7. Can I get a sample before I buy?

8. How to keep the maintenance of pool cover?
    Our pool covers could eliminate the need to pump off dangerous surface water since rain water drains through. Leaves and debris on the cover dry and blow off. With proper water treatment there are no algae problems. The only maintenance required for using a Mesh safety cover is to prevent the water level from falling lower than 18" from deck level during the winter.

9. If it will take long time to fix a pool cover?
    No. Installation time for a standard 20'x40' pool cover is simply about 5 minutes.

10. How can I get C&F or CIF price?
    Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Pls inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery your cargo prompt.

11. What is normal delivery time of orders?
    That’s totally up to the quantity you ordered, generally speaking, within 15-20 days. I personnally ensure to provide a prompt delivery.
